Pasta puttanesca (Spaghetti alla puttanesca)

Here it is another famous Italian recipe. It’s an easy Italian recipe. Fast to do with few ingredients. We’ll need anchovies in oil for this course.

Before starting we must prepare the ingredients:

  • drip 6 filets of anchovies in oil and mince them
  • slice thinly the garlic
  • pit 10 black olives and slice them


  • 6 filets of anchovies in oil
  • 3 slices of garlic
  • 10 black olives
  • 4 spoons of olive oil
  • 400 gr of chopped tomatoes


Put the olive oil and the garlic in a pan and fry over middle flame about 2 minutes. Add the anchovies and the olives and fry about 1 minute; push the anchovies with a fork to make them melt. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, remember to blend the sauce.

Now cook the spaghetti as long as they are “al dente” and drain them. Now put the spaghetti in the pan with the sauce over middle flame and cook for 1 minute, always blending. Now you can serve the spaghetti alla puttanesca (pasta puttanesca)!
