Lasagne

Perhaps it is the most famous italian recipe in the world. I usually use fresh pasta to to them but today, to make it easier, we’ll use lasagne sheets that you can buy in every supermarket. I suggest you to buy italian lasagne sheets.  This is my way of cooking lasagne and I enhance them with mozzarella cheese. To prepare this recipe you must cook before two other recipes that you find in this blog: bolognese sauce and bechamel. We need an oven pan about 10X20 cm.

Before starting the cooking we must prepare the ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 350 gr bechamel
  • 500 gr bolognese sauce
  • 200 gr mozzarella
  • 250 gr lasagne sheets

Preparation:

Combine the bolognese sauce and the beshamel mixing them in a dish. Now take the oven pan and put over the bottom one layer of the mixed sauce. Put on this layer of sauce 4 flanked sheets of lasagne. On the lasagne sheets put another layer of sauce and over the sauce put slices of mozzarella. Repeat this procedure for other 2 or 3 times.

Now leave aside the oven pan for 20 minutes, in this period the lasagne sheets absorb the humidity of the sauce and start soften. Heat the oven about 180 degrees.

Put the pan in the hot oven and cook about 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Take out the pan and leave it aside for 5 minutes before serve.
