Ananas with custard
The ananas with custard is a fresh, simple and fast recipe. After prepare this dessert you must prepare the custard.
Before starting we must prepare the ingredients:
- cut the head and the bottom of the ananas and divide it in 4 parts
- separate the pulp of the ananas from its skin but leave the last centimeter linked
- slice every slice of ananas in 5 and leave the slices on the skin
- crumble the hazelnuts
- put the chocolate in a dish
Heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the ananas over a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the baking try out and put every piece of ananas in a dish. Let them cool down for 5 minutes.
Melt down the chocolate in the microwave (or in bain-marie if you prefer). Cover the ananas with the custard and garnish the ananas and the dish with the chocolate. Now sprinkle with hazelnuts.
